Some real evidence that DC is home to the (get) White(y) House.
Personally I envision democrats parking an increasing number of cars on a suspended sheet of glass. It can only hold up to so much strain and the valets are working overtime.
It does, but just watch the second half of “Birth of a Nation” when the KKK gains control of the election process in the south. They use the same kind of intimidation against black voters that the New Black Panthers are shown on video doing in this case. Indeed, if somebody edited the two together it would be cool to watch.
“The case could damage the Obama administration, says Mr. Lichtman at American University. But he also argues that most Americans understand that the Voting Rights Act was intended to correct gross and historic injustices, not nit-pick along partisan lines.
“You can try to force [the Voting Rights Act] to be equal, but it’s not,” he says. “If these are the worst examples you can find, then, by God, white people in America are pretty safe.”
This is a damning statement.
It completely trashes equal protection under the law.
Another good one would be bribery. Shortly after the Illegal was elected U.S. Senator from Illinois Moochelle's employer, IIRC, the University of Chicago Hospitals Corporation, promoted her from a $100,000+ sinecure to a $300,000+ sinecure and, PRESTO CHANGO, the Illegal got the U.C. Hospitals Corporation a $1,200,000 earmark. This is just the kind of transaction Blago was indicted for.
This will be deliberately ignored by the msm.
Outstanding point.
And let's not forget that conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor is, itself, a felony.
No traction.....this idiotic Stephen Colbert stunt sucked all the media attention.
Does anyone know the rest of the story on Abigail Thernstrom? Politico is quoted here as quoting her as defending Holder. Has her position been misrepresented here? Was she dismissing only one small part of this or speaking at an earlier stage before some of the information came out? Or does she truly, even now, think that DOJ has done nothing wrong and that the Civil Rights Act was intended to be enforced unevenly?
In this case, it was a heavily black democrat area and voting block. It leaves me with the impression that these scumbags consider black democrats to be their property and will treat them as they wish.
I live in a lilly white, predominantly conservative little town with one black family. I wouldn’t accept the klan telling the blacks they couldn’t vote any more than I would accept it if the klan tried to impede my right to vote.
Basically this was more about surpressing republican voters than white voters. Whites were singled out because the racist black pampers are to stupid to recognize that white voters in that precinct were probably voting for Obama anyway.
I never understood why the media ignored that story. I thought between that and rev. Wright, Obama was done.

It does indeed. I love the use of the term “nitpick.” If the skin colors of those involved in the Philadelphia intimidation case had been reversed, NAACP, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson would have been having a field day with it. Then imagine the Bush administration electing not to prosecute it on grounds it was a “nitpicking” case. There probably would have been riots across the nation.
There will be lots of counts. I don’t know what the strategy will be, distill them down to half a dozen big ones or throw the book at him.
It remains to be seen if the incoming GOP will have the stones...
Maybe we should do away with all of the current laws and simply allow the courts/DoJ to make judgments based on class guilt./s
I cant wait to meet these folks in about ten years when I come up before the death panel with my lily white butt
