There needs to be an investigation into this whole mess. The 23 dollar an hour “maid” should be deported.

Attorney-Client. I’m not sure she’s permitted to disclose any information her Client wants hidden.

her attorney refused again to provide key details about her claims that Whitman employed her for nearly a decade despite knowing she was in the U.S. illegally.

Dear Gloria.....You just got Meg elected!....Thank you!

her claims that Whitman employed her for nearly a decade despite knowing she was in the U.S. illegally.

No one is claiming that as I understand it. The only complaint on the board is that Whitman didn't pay mileage for some family trips she maid.

Any other allegation is unspoken and cleverly left your your imagination and big medias distortions.

I actually think this will backfire on the Democrats at the polls.

This year people are in a serious mood and really want to talk about issues. So what do the Democrats do? Pull a political stunt. “Calif. is falling apart, so vote for the Dem, becasuse the GOP candidate was mean to their housekeeper.” Games—nothing more than playing games.

I was ready to crawl over broken glass to vote. Now I’m ready to crawl over molten glass to vote.

So, if the maid was not a political pawn, as she claims, why are we even hearing about this?
Send her back. I’ll pay for the transportation cost.
The Dims know they are in the fight of their political lives.
They will do anything to make sure they remain in power long enough to complete the destruction of this country.

Allred says Diaz Santillan was referred to her by another lawyer, whom she will not name.

Allred disclosed the other lawyer's name over two days ago on the Mark Levin radio show.

she’s not a Democratic pawn

There they go, lying by omission again, she’s a criminal Democratic pawn.

They keep leaving that word "criminal" out that should always be used immediately preceding the word "Democrat".

The immigration lawyer is Marc Van Der Hout. He was wound up with the infamous Lynn Stewart who lied for her jihadist client.

[snip]Van Der Hout, Brigagliano, & Nightingale, LLP, has specialized in the practice of immigration and nationality law since the firm was founded by Marc Van Der Hout in 1980. Collectively, the firm’s attorneys have nearly 100 years of experience. With three offices in California, we have developed a national reputation for representing our clients in a broad variety of matters including family and employment sponsorship, removal proceedings, federal court litigation, asylum and naturalization. We are particularly known for taking on and winning difficult cases.

Here, Vanderhout talks about Obama not putting his choice of a MALDEF, open border loving lawyer Tom Saenz for Assistant Attorney General, Civil Rights Division, Department of Justice. These illegal alien lawyers are all in bed with each other. Illegal immigration is BIG money!

Marc Van Der Hout says:

Thank you for putting this out. Obama needs to be held accountable and criticized by his supporters when he takes positions that our counter to what we know he should be doing. We cannot stay silent. to the contrary , our opposition should be loud and clear. The administration needs to be pushed from the left, not just the right. The administration’s position in withdrawing the Saenz nomination was very disappointing–thanks you for calling on people to respond. ALSO, people should respond loudly, rebuking the administration for its position in District Court in D.C> last week, basically continuing the Bush administration’s position on right to indefinitely detain Guantanamo prisoners. The Obama administration’s positions on national security matters in general has deviated little from those of Bush and people should respond to that also.

“I make my own decisions and I am not anyone’s puppet,” Diaz Santillan said

So she just looked in the yellow pages and found Gloria Allred.

Given today’s climate, do we need office-holders that aren’t sharp enough to investigate and know that their housekeeper of 10yrs, was an illegal alien?

When Whitman confronted Brown about his use of the “Poor Wretch” did he deny being resposible? The brief film of Whitman’s accusation at the recent debate showed Brown as silent.
