STATEMENT BY MARICOPA COUNTY SUPERVISOR FULTON BROCK ABOUT LAST NIGHT’S ARREST OF HIS WIFE
PHOENIX, ARIZONA. OCTOBER 27, 2010.
“My life and that of my family’s was upended last night. Police officers arrested my wife of twenty-eight years and the mother of our three children.
She was informed that she was being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year old.
Even with this statement I am not sure how to express what such a shocking emotional punch to your heart and family feels like. I am stunned. My children are flabbergasted. You think you know someone after 28 years and I need answers as much as police officers do. I want so much to believe these allegations are not true, but if they are, I am appalled and crushed.
