Technically the job of the President is to "execute faithfully the laws of the United States". In order "execute" the laws the President would have to issue executive orders. The problem is that Obama plans to use executive orders to Legislate from the White House. That is unconstitutional.

Frankly I believe that Obama's failure to faithfully execute the immigration laws is an impeachable offense.

I think Soros knows that one thing the House investigators will try to find out is whether Soros and his cronies in the financial sector--especially managers of hedge funds and other institutions that do large-scale equities and futures trading--conspired to deliberately "crash" the US economy between 2007 and 2008 to get Obama into power. If they find out that is true, Soros could face securities fraud on a scale that would make the Bernie Madoff ponzi scheme look like a minor event in comparison, and Soros could be easily facing a life sentence in Federal prison.
