How much money and resources are wasted on students who are simply not interested in learning that comes at the expense of students who do want to learn?
Public schools would be better served by cutting loose students who are not interested in learning.

Amen. Public school students are not allowed to fail. They are passed up to the next grade. That’s why there are college students who can’t write a complete sentence.
