The Pima County Sheriff's Department released reports on Wednesday detailing contact with Arizona gunman Jared Loughner prior to Saturday's shooting.
The reports, which date back to 2004, detail all personal contact Pima County deputies had with Loughner beginning on Sept. 23, 2004, when he was the victim of a reported assault.
Loughner was later arrested as a juvenile for possession of alcohol on May 15, 2006, and on Sept. 10, 2007, he also received a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the police reports.
The police reports do not appear to indicate a violent history. Instead, they reflect a man seemingly prone to destructive tendencies.
For instance, in May 15, 2006, Loughner spent the early morning hours binge-drinking vodka, after his father scolded him, one report says. He attended school with reddened eyes and a strong smell of alcohol, his high school nurse determined that he was so intoxicated he had to be transported to a nearby hospital.

Hmmm....didn’t this sheriff state that he had had numerous complaints about the gunman’s death threats against various people in Tucson? Didn’t he state that his deputies were aware of this and assured people that the gunman was in treatment?
Did this sheriff just perjure himself bigtime, lie, or is he expunging his records.
What is this?

There has to be more than this. Driving home yesterday I was listening to a talk show that related one of Loughner’s incidents. It had to do with the woman who was in the class he was removed from who complained about him (her emails were published).
Loughner tracked her down at a later date and went to her house. She had moved, and a new couple had just moved in. The wife found him staring in the window at her (imagine the face in that mugshot in your window) and ran out of the room. Loughner circled around the house and was waving in a back window at the husband. The couple spent that night in a hotel instead of at their new house.
I think it was the Tom Sullivan show where I heard this...I find it hard to believe this couple didn’t file a report.

They very well may have filed a report, and gotten the standard "he is being managed by the mental health system" and "going forward with a report would probably just cause more problems because he has a family member who works for the county" treatment.

I believe the words “acted stupidly” apply here.
Now there’s no doubt left, he MUST be associated with the Tea Party ... sounds like all the people I meet there. /s
