Seriously, it is inherent in the leftist mindset that the rules are not for them because their agenda/cause is too important and good to be inhibited by rules.
Also, rules simply get in the way of their superior “discretion” and are simply for those who don’t have the intellectual capacity to decide how they should act in any given situation.
