Everyone should agree that AIDS is the most important contribution. Roughly ten years after homosexuality is delisted as a mental illness AIDS spreads all over the world, patient zero being a homosexual flight attendant.

4. Male airline stewards. I get uncomfortable when I am served by such. I mean who knows where those hands have been.

Here's a question.

If homosexuality was still regarded as an illness and not mainstream ie. behavior still in the closet, would the world be healthier? Would AIDS be the problem it is and all the money spent on it, wouldn't some of it be going to cancer and heart disease research?

That does it. I’m going to lobby my Representative to press for legislation to teach children about the contributions of cat people, dog people, people who prefer light beer, and people who believe in the Easter Bunny but not in the Tooth Fairy.

What’s the issue? It’s a total Democrat state. The Democrats can pass laws sanctioning - - and enthusiastically endorsing - - every kind of degenerate perversion under the sun, and who can stop them?

Hey, normal taxpayers - - get out of that place now.
Run, don’t walk. Do not be “the last white farmer in Zimbabwe”.

You don't understand. They have no intention of being private about their lifestyle. They fully intend to put it in your face, and in public, 24/7/365.

We teach how many wives Henry VIII had and why.

My problem with this is a bit more practical. It's not clear who the historical gays are. Sure, you will know about Alan Turing or Philip II and Richard the Lionheart but it's largely a very hazy area. The "out" or documented homosexual has been the exception not the rule. I'd say that's true even today.

This risk here is an activist agenda going beyond the clearly documented and getting into the kind of speculation that pops up about Abe Lincoln or James Buchanan or Hitler.

I find it interesting that transgendered folks are being lumped in with gay and lesbian. Maybe the composite category should be named “sexually confused”?
