fresh dairy, an oxymoron. fresh: raw, uncooked.

quite frankly, I donot get what the problem is. Homogenized milk is equivilent of elmers glue and not digestible.

In the early 1900's, some doctors son died from contaminated milk. There was cow poop allowed to pile up and the cows were in dirty stalls. It contaminated the cans for milk. This doctor started a campaign to boil all milk so no more children would die. That wasn't the answer and I understand his grief. What they needed to do was make sure milk came from clean dairy's.

I grew up on a farm and have drank both. Nothing against raw milk and they should let this Amish guy alone.

That being said....

Homogenized milk is just as digestible. The molecules your body metabolizes for energy are still there. Boiling it doesn't make the nutrients indigestible any more than boiling an egg makes it indigestible.
