He'd be better off going after a secular institution. The idea of compulsive co-ed housing is preposterous on its face, but compelling a Catholic institution in this regard is the highest level of farce.

They may win in court but will CUA hold firm when the Obama Administration threatens to cut off their access to federal student aid programs?
So far only Grove City and Hillsdale have called their bluff.
