What’s going on here?IMO she is gracefully exiting the spotlight so as not to take anymore attention away from other Repub candidates. If she were going to run I don't think she would end the tour early.

OH COME ON!!! If that was the plan, she would not have timed the beginning of the tour to coincide with the announcements of a couple of GOP candidates.

I agree, and maybe that's what she's doing. If the story is true, I don't think she would end her tour either if she were planning on declaring her candidacy.
