I’ve seen the same reactions here as well in Los Angeles with the small tribe of white people.

1976?
I watched the first few minutes, and remain skeptical as to the authenticity. One needs to consider two things (at least):
1) the quality of the recording
2) Where the hell has this been for 35 years?

... Or here in Los Angeles with a small tribe of Conservatives.
Kidding as I work with 85% Conservatives. :)

He's trying to steal our souls! Kill him!
Hey, wanna buy some beads and blankets?
Look at the meat on that guy! Betcha he'd go great with some roast squirrel!

Yeah, I remember the Tasaday hoax back in the 80’s.

The “business insider” blog has never exactly been concerned with accuracy.
Exclamation points, yes. But accuracy, no.
Take everything from this blog with a grain of salt.

Why is a story like this sourced form “Business Insider” dot com?
Strange.

I don’t doubt the authenticity of this at all. My uncle was a missionary in Papua New Guinea in 1975 - actually from the early 70’s until the late 80’s. He has told me about similar people groups.

So do I. We don’t beat our chests about it because our group deals with Hollywood studios daily and that means facing people whom we despise politically.

And then the Indonesians came later and slaughtered them.

One has to be careful, because one tribe of aboriginals
were so convinced that such pale people had to be spirits or ghosts, that they were about to shoot arrows into
them—to prove it to doubters, because they were confident the pale people—ghosts—could not die.
