Wrong.
I don't allow small controlling twits to educate me about etiquette.
If one posts in a public forum they can always search if someone mentions him in a post.
I sure don't care.

I was pinging my HUSBAND who mentioned me in a post up thread, as a joke, you pompous ass.

If you can't follow the thread and notice who pings to whom and actually understand the meaning of the comment made, then you may want to stay out of one Freeper's comment to another.
