Perhaps not on his own part, but the Hawaiian officials who certified the "document" might be in for a lot of trouble if it is indeed a fake.
I have to say, I thought the PR about issuing the subpoena was a bit of a yawner, because any attorney can do that. This has suddenly become interesting with the court actually showing some support for the subpoena. I still wouldn't be holding my breath that any rulings go Orly's way -- despite her tenacity, her track record hasn't been particularly great.

The "scary part" is that they knew he was a fraud. What or who could have possibly silenced this for this long? The fix was in.
In my opinion, the “abstracted copy” was from an “application for a late COLB” that was never acted on by HI because of lack of documentation. That is why it did not show up in the database. It appears to be have been conjured from signatures on the “application/s” and the rest forged.
Now there is some “explaining” to do. This is a clear attempt to “create” a document to silence the controversy. A FORGERY.
That includes Donald Trump who faded right away after the press gave him a hard time. He did quite well in the start, but he backed off when it started to cost him personally. She never has.

Fuddy of the Hawaii Department of Health on April 22, 2011 on behalf of Mr. Obama requesting certified copies of his actual birth certificate. In it she stated she was representing Mr. Obama and was requesting copies of his actual birth certificate which “would allow my client to make a certified copy of his original birth certificate publicly available....”
The stated purpose of the request was to make the birth certificate “publicly available” and Fuddy, in complying, was acknowledging that it would be made publicly available. There can be no doubt that Mr. Obama has waived his right of privacy in this matter.

I’m with others: there is no “original”. The reason for most of the anomalies in the released version are consistent with having been scanned, compressed, and stored using 1980’s document processing technology. The “original” was then destroyed to save space. No conspiracy, just misguided bureaucracy, technology and optimism.

I have always thought Orly was a little kooky but I have never once thought ill of her tenacity, bravery. I applaud her for her service to this country. Sadly, it takes a (former) immigrant Communist to know a immigrant Communist. She knows what they/it can do to a society.

But if that was the case, all of the ‘corrections’ would not have been made. Just scan it in and save the image. Compression, etc would not cause the anomalies noted in the released file.
I want to believe that something is being hidden that would get rid of the Big Zero, but I don’t hold much hope for that. But I have been known to buy the occasional lottery ticket too.
