Do you have a link to the law info? That would be good to provide for discussion.

The problem is that Barry Soetoro Barack Obama was attending college on a foreign scholarship. This means that Barry himself was admitting his Indonesian citizenship, hence his disqualification for being POTUS.

F. RENUNCIATION FOR MINOR CHILDREN

Parents cannot renounce U.S. citizenship on behalf of their minor children. Before an oath of renunciation will be administered under Section 349(a)(5) of the INA, a person under the age of eighteen must convince a U.S. diplomatic or consular officer that he/she fully understands the nature and consequences of the oath of renunciation, is not subject to duress or undue influence, and is voluntarily seeking to renounce his/her U.S. citizenship.

That is not the relevant aspect of it. If Obama was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, it would explain why there are so many shenanigans with his birth certificate. The original would have been sealed, and a new one would have been created.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

You are **deliberately** muddying the waters.

This has been covered literally, by now, HUNDREDS OF TIMES!! This is about Obama’s NATURAL BORN status!!!

Get it? Yeah! I do think you get and got it a LONG time ago. It is time to check in with the DNC and the Department of Justice for some new talking points.

( Yes, I am shouting. )

obama is not a US citizen. 1961, his mother was a minor child giving birth and could not give her son citizenship. His father, an illegal alien, in the US, Kenyan national. Then step father adopted this child making him an Indonesian citizen he had to be a citizen to attend school there.

From what I understand it does. They can give away your citizenship, but when you turn 18 you can declare your allegiance to America when you register for SS. So all Barry would have to do is produce his SS draft registration and the issue would be settled.

The parents can't give up his American citizenship in an American court, but it is in fact what they did in Indonesia. In Indonesia when he was a kid, he was an Indonesian citizen, and was summarily removed from his mothers passport. That can't be erased. It happened. It is documented history.

There is no doubt that Obama recited the Indonesian pledge of allegiance on a daily basis while we recited the American pledge and put our hands over our hearts.

On its face, his presidency is an assault on the constitution. There's no way around it.
