Two problems:

1) It can't get by the Socialist(Democrat)-controlled Senate with the half dozen RINO's who vote with them.

2) The POTUS will just issue an Executive Order whenever he wants to change the Law.

Is it true that we are powerless to evict this coven of anti-American blood-suckers because the Rockefellers gave them the UN building site in perpetuity? Nothing should be considered permanent if it is supported by taxpayers’ money.

The Islamic states vote as a block and out votes everyone other group. Islam has complete control over the UN.

The bill isn't a bad idea but the UN needs to fundamentally change.

It’s about time this pseudo diplomatic/military ‘sacred cow’ is challenged.

The UN is nothing but a finishing school for corrupt politicos … and a system of institutionalized global fraud and deceit for which the US pays the greatest component and consistently receives the MOST groundless and biased censure.

This article would be more interesting if you replaced ‘UN’ with ‘Congress’, ‘countries’ with ‘the American People’ and ‘Palistinian refugees’ with ‘Progressive groups’.

This bill will get sacked by the senate but if the pubbies can force a vote, then there will be one more giant arrow in the pubbie quiver come November 2012 in the senate races.

I don't know how McConnell gets bills to the floor for debate and votes, but this would be a good one.

Possibly related:

Where Next for Obama?

“And that higher calling is not especially hard to discern. If the timing is right, when the insipid Ban Ki-moon vacates his seat as secretary general of the United Nations, Barack Obama will almost certainly be acclaimed to succeed him. As Limbaugh said about liberals, “Failure is a resume enhancement.” The post is tailor made for a charismatic but reprobate ex-president with Third World credentials. The UN is plainly the most corrupt institution on the face of the planet, is massively anti-Israel, and is dominated by the Organization of the Islamic Conference. It seeks to extend its influence into the sphere of transnational and perhaps even post-national governance, working in particular to supersede the purview and enactment of American law. It is flush with privilege and cash. Obama’s “reset” friends are Security Council heavyweights. And the UN secretary general commands the prestige that comes with the numinous accoutrements of supposedly beneficial authority.”

In 2010, I did a tour in Africa with Navy Civil Affairs. In my experience, the UN is the most wasteful, useless organization around. During my time in the country I was deployed to, the UN weenies would almost never leave the capital where they had one of the nicest complexes. In a country where the main hospital in the capital didn’t have running water, they would waste money on “smoking awareness campaigns” and “peace in Africa” campaigns. Utterly useless tripe.

They would give tons of money to the government where it would just disappear, thus proving the old adage that foreign assistance is taking money from poor people in rich countries and giving it to rich people in poor countries.
