A professional typographer with 50 years experience in the business has confirmed that the typeface in an authentic Hawaii Department of Health long-form birth certificate issued in 1961 is consistent, and concludes the document released by the White House as Barack Obama's 1961 birth certificate – with its typeface anomalies – is anything but genuine.
"From the beginning, when I saw that some of the typed letters on the Obama long-form birth certificate did not match for size or style, I found evidence the document was a forgery," retired New York City typographer Paul Irey told WND. "Still, I wanted to see other birth certificates from the same era and from the same office in the state of Hawaii."
The difficulty with that, however, has been that the Hawaii Department of Health in Honolulu has refused to answer requests from various researchers, including WND staff, who have requested permission to see authentic birth certificates immediately preceding and immediately succeeding Obama's for comparative analysis.
And as WND has reported, the Hawaii Department of Health has gone so far as to issue regulations making it difficult for people born in Hawaii and their immediate family members to obtain anything but the short-form Certifications of Live Birth, which are computer-generated and contain no original images.

SO WHAT? If he out-and-out publicly ANNOUNCED his fraudulence, does anyone actually think any action would be taken? This country is terrified of starting a rash of black ‘burn down the town’ episodes, and they are already practicing for it. When he fails to get re-elected, you’ll see. It will all be ‘racist’.

Nothing will resolve the controversy until Obama’s original, 50-year-old paper document is made available for examination. A scan is useless.
I wish obama was a Republican so the media would go after him on this. Instead, he and they flaunt his fraudulency.
There is not enough political will to bring this to light regardless of the merits! Just like Clinton's impeachment trial.
When this all plays out, I’d like to see some of the good folks in the Hawaiian government who have abetted this fraud go to jail!
Honestly, does WND think their readers are idiots? Even among the letters that they claim to be “consistent in size and style” there is variation, and these are hand-picked to draw attention away from letters that are even more varied, much like those in the Obama certificate.
That wouldn't resolve it either.
Nothing will resolve this for Birthers unless it contains the information they want it to contain.
If live HD video were taken of the long form bound in a book in the Hawaiian archives, and the information matched what is on the long form facsimile released in April, then Birthers will either invoke conspiracy or just segue right on to their next talking point about how an NBC needs two citizen parents anyway.
Flamingly ignorant statement. The "two citizen-parent" requirement is THE primary Constitutional requirement.

It was only after the born in Kenya thing was played out and after the presidential election that this “two citizen-parent” meme came to life and suddenly became THE Primary Constitutional Requirement. This then became the litmus test for NBC status in spite of never having been followed before and at least one example of a President not having two citizen parents at birth.

It is safe to say that Barry Marshall Davis aka “Barack Obama” was born in Hawaii (sometime between 1959-1961) with Frank Marshall Davis & Madeline Payne at his side, - the only other (slight) possibilities of birth might be Wichita, Ks or Chicago (same parents however).
The chances that Barry was born in Kenya are about the same that Barack Obama Sr is his dad and that ‘Dreams from My Father’ isn’t a hoax - ZERO in other words.
Just for the sake of argument, if Kenyan citizen Obama Sr really was Barry’s dad, there does seem some issues with his eligibility that are unclear.
