Since the Occupy protests began, reports of demonstrators placing themselves and even their small children in harm’s way have surfaced near-daily. This instance is no exception. MRCTV reporters happened to be at a D.C. Metro station and witnessed a group of Occupiers fight with convention center security guards while trying to block its entrance…with small children.
Watch as protesters place the children right in the middle of the altercation while one Occupier says that since the children are hers, the action is justifiable. Meanwhile, other demonstrators seem to think that using children as human shields is permissible simply because they are the “99%.”

I am normally not a fan of children being taken by the state. In fact, I’m very opposed to such actions. However, these people are intentionally trying to get their children hurt. It seems to me that there is little difference between this and forcing your children to play in the street.
Since this is the case, the children should be taken into protective custody and their parents arested for child endangerment.
Good way to get them hurt. Dipshits.

Not because I was worried about the Tea Partiers... they were all about as safe as a church service.
Nope. It was because a) I think that it's reprehensible to mix politics and children. and b) Because I had no idea if idiots like these OWS'ers would show up.
They obviously don't value their kids. How much less could they value mine?
Why are working stiffs who have to run the guantlet every day not bringing a law suit agains the city for non performance of public safety. There are health concerns, personal injury worries, and needless disruption of one time. The goverment dicks keep getting raises, perks, and incresed retirement benefits while the working stiff loses.
When Occupy Oakland shut down the port last week they used kids to stand in front of the trucks to block their paths. Not just kids, adults too.
In any other City they would be charged with “Child Endangerment”.
So TRUE!
