Perry’s too busy fighting like mad for Mexico and his crony buddies. He’s a do-er. Perry’s been do-ing Texans for over a decade.

We can't take him if he's not dead. It's against regulations!

None of it matters because the nomination is going to be between Huntsman or Romney because the experts in the MSM say so!

Case closed....

I would be shocked if Perry got any substantial campaign contributions from this point forward.

Yes, I haven’t written off Perry by any means. I’m reasonably sure he’d make a good president and he’s got far more experience governing than Cain and he’s far more likeable than Gingrich.

After Romney finally figures out there’s no way to win the Republican nomination when he can’t get more than 25% (or less) of the vote, it will come down to Cain (inexperienced but highly likeable), Gingrich (experienced but problems in the “likeable” department) and Perry (experienced and likeable both).

While I think it will be a challenge for Perry to get back in it, he might be the best candidate, and that alone will give him a chance of doing so. I could live with any one of the three, but will vote for Obama before I’ll vote for Romney. A President Romney will never lead a repeal of Obamacare; he’s too proud of Romneycare.

That was a wonderful post and all so true.

It ain’t over till it’s over. Perry has poor debating skills but wonderful communication skills with the public.

He also has a solid record to run on and no scandals in his past.

I find problems with other candidates that bring me back to Perry. I think I am onboard for Perry. I just hope to goodness he gets his communication skills under control.

For all you one note people, hitting Rick about immigration, what will you do if Cain wins and starts listening to his RECENT Democrat leanings and those of his wife; Newt wins and starts wanting to be loved by the RHINOS, Democrats and leftists; Romney wins and well, acts like Romney in Massachusetts. I prefer Santorum, Bachmann for being more consistent but I don’t know if they will rise to the top. The ones at the top at this time I don’t really trust. But I like Cain, I just don’t know how deeply he will govern conservatively....same with the other two. Perry will be conservative, immigration reform included.
