Hussein is trying to re-write the law by having the IRS create a "rule" that makes "premium assistance" available in *all* exchanges, not just federal ones...so the Department of the Treasury is now trying to CREATE assistance.

Disgusting, and we ought to call attention to Hussein's attempt to re-write the law.

Independents and libertarian-leaning voters seem to think that gridlock is good because it means that huge budget-busting bills won't get passed. The same people merely have to look at much of Dubya's presidency as a counter-example.

The trouble with this thinking is that a political crisis, whether real or imagined, makes it easier for politicians to abuse their power. If there is a widespread perception that 1 government in general should be omnipotent and 2 that congress does not have the exclusive power to make laws, and 3 urgent action is required by the goverment, then divided government (something that the constitution most certainly allows for) becomes an excuse for the executive branch to do virtually whatever it pleases.

The observation that one should "never let a crisis go to waste" is incredibly cynical to those who think that is better to foresee a crisis and prevent it than to exploit one when it happens. Our government's fiscal situation is rapidly reaching a point of no return. The reason for this is not because we lack divided government. The reason is that advocates of big government who are in positions of power couldn't obey a law if they wrote it themselves. Until we depose those people, things will only get worse.

We have to PASS the law to know what’s IN it. :)

Democrats don’t care anymore they got it passed now they will try to destroy anyone that attempts to take benefits away from the American people. It is the Marxist progressive playbook. Add another huge unfunded liability onto the back of taxpayers... Oh and they will just claim that the rich should pay for it too? LOL, rich is such a subjective term, I am rich in the eyes of the homeless man but to Democrats rich means (TAXPAYER)....

“Disgusting, and we ought to call attention to Hussein’s attempt to re-write the law.”

Why bother? The 0bama machine is unstoppable. How much else that he has done has been a blatant violation of the law? But he keeps getting away with it, and he is going to keep getting away with it.

He has all the necessary components behind to ensure he escapes unscathed: 1) The media, They won’t report what he does is a violation, therefore the American people will never know and think he is doing good. 2) Academia. They shape the kids minds to love, honor, obey and follow their lord and savior, Barack Hussien Obama. 3) Big business. They keep him well funded so he can get his message out to the people so they will support him with all their heart.

I don’t care who the nominee is for the Republicans, it’s going to be a huge uphill battle to defeat this son of a bitch. It’s going to take a lot of hard work. I’m not promoting anyone, but I think Gingrich is the only one with the political smarts to have even the slightest chance against 0bama.

And even if we do defeat him, it will only be by the slightest of margins. We will still have to stay diligent because this POS will come back and try to recapture his throne in 2016.

Imagine sitting where you are right now, getting together with your friends and buddies, and then together writing rules all designed to give you and your friends ANYTHING.(many graduated from the same schools, and many you grew up with)

(Don’t attempt to DEFLECT this PARADIGM to the Puppet Spammer. He has the mind of middle-school, and knows if anything.)

These are BELTWAY life-ers. Inside sprawling DC govt. and Big-Beltway making at their own designings, 100-200K and more per year plus expenses, exempt health care for life, funneled pensions into the “market”, and making sure to hike salaries beyond the effects of the nation. Writing the rules and “laws” in the backrooms of Congress to their favor at the expense of “the outsiders”

“Few the People”

This is R.I.C.O.
