This is where the glitch comes in: ObamaCare authorizes premium assistance in state-run exchanges (Section 1311) but not federal ones (Section 1321).

So they simply charge lower premiums and operate at a loss just like they do with everything else the government runs.

Hmmm....I wonder if those of us who have insurance have “standing” enough to sue for remedy, given that the Obamacare law mandates the coverage of pre-existing conditions, thereby increasing our costs?

It’s my understanding that if previous conditions are covered, under most state laws the product ceases to be insurance anyway.
