Romney is even losing his home state!
Go Gingrich!
There are a lot of older people here that still feel some sort of loyalty to his dad. We get like that here sometimes.
But it is great news that Newt has pulled ahead in what was supposed to be a safe state for him!
the corrupt incoherent crony capitalist, the plastic fake corrupt crony capitalist, the whiner in chief, the uber mom, the crazy uncle, the standard issue GOP Establishment Liberal, the Libertine or Newt.
Not really much of a choice.
There is little I’m positive about these days politically speaking, but this is pretty good news. Everyone knows he sure won’t carry Mass. in the general either.
You could always vote for the communist obama.
Open primary, dems will turn out to give MittWitt the win here.
I just heard a news clip of Rove - practically crying - saying it was “too late, too late” to go negative on Newt. It sounded like he was saying it was all over, lol!
If Romney cant win his own home state of Michigan, where his Daddy was governor, then he is a complete loser.
This isn’t Mitt’s home state but he will win it anyway. Michigan liberals have perfected the art of playing electoral games so don’t be surprised when that curtain is pulled back.
...brought to you by the Bitter Whining FReeper.
Wow.
what?
Mitt was born and raised in Michigan, in fact his father was governor.
“Romney is even losing his home state! Go Gingrich!”

2012 Republican Race: The Field May Not Be Closed
Conventional wisdom is that the Republican presidential field is set, and that it is much too late for a new candidate to enter the race.
In years past, that would be absolutely correct. Over the last few decades, dozens of primaries and caucuses have been shoe-horned into the opening weeks of the election year, with the tendency on the Republican side for the front-running candidate to score a quick knockout.
But next year, the arrangement of the primary calendar is much different. It is less condensed at the front, much more loaded with events at the back, with the prospect of a viable, late-starting candidate quite real.

Could Sarah Palin Still Get in the Race?
“.....Feb. 14 is the last day that a late entrant could enter the race and reasonably be expected to do well in subsequent races.
The scenario looks something like this: http://voices.yahoo.com/could-sarah-palin-still-race-10634503.html?cat=9
The last time that happened in a race for POTUS was in 2000 when Gore lost Tennessee, it hadn't happened in like the previous 80 years or something. Gore lost the gun & tobacco vote in TN. Now it's becoming a bit more common. Good, this "favorite son" crappola flies in the face of sanity.
Our highest priority for 2012 must be to get conservatives on the ballet for Congress, and to elect as conservative a Congress as possible to restrain whomever occupies our White House on that glorious day when the communist leaves. Obama is the greatest danger to America in our country's history and is taking us down the road to socialism rapidly. Romney would follow that road more slowly, and Newt might follow just about any path from time to time. In any case, we need a conservative Congress to keep the President on track.

Ever notice that the media lies.....unless it tells the Newticles what they want to hear?
I actually grew up here myself and trust me, few Michiganders see Mitt Romney as a native. It must be nearly 40 years since he last lived here.
Gingrich is eligible.
The carpetbagger Romney is Mexican, but claims all states.
New Hampshire. California. Michigan.
Utah. Massachusetts.
Romney is an ineligible Mexican (which is why
he and Rove defend Obama).
