Does seem fishy that obama would send troops to Israel considering how much he loathes them.

Both parties helped cut military with fake budget deal gimmick triggering military cuts.

Our oil production was limited in the Gulf sending rigs elsewhere, no pipeline or new drilling permits, conflict will impact oil supply and drive the price up.

It is like we have been set up.

Just speculation…

Obama moving troops to Israel offsets criticism that he’s not supporting them. Contemporaneously, this and other acts heighten tensions with Iran intentionally, which serves Obama as the Republican candidates will frenzy to out posture each other with ever tougher stances on Iran. Thereby, Obama looks to be the moderate in-between Ron Paul and the Republican field.

It’s awful that we have to wonder whether anything this guy does is out of loyalty to America or our allies, or whether it’s just some sick ploy to get votes or power, to give Islamists more power while weakening America and our allies, or to provoke a crisis so he can declare martial law and finally have his communist-Islamist takeover of America.

That’s why the Constitution requires a natural born US citizen to be the commander-in-chief. We need to know whose team our supposed “leader” is even on.

Diplomacy is NOT war by other means. If it were we would always be involved in war. The concept “war” would become meaningless.

Are we at war with the United Kingdom? France? Iceland? Or any of the hundred+ countries we are involved with diplomatically?

“And to say that we may be in an “all out war” is complete crap.”

Exactly right. Under this bum we are involved in all-out surrendering.

“They left as a campaign promise to the Impostor’s most Leftist supporters.”

They left because they were dying for nothing by this point (with no end in sight), and an election was looming.

These cuts are a disgrace. He is trying to disarm us.

You’re right; Gulf Arabs are more fanatical in oppressing women, both in terms of more extreme veiling like niqab, abaaya, and burqa, besides work and other social restrictions. However, Islamization, including hijabization, has advanced in Iraq, as well. This was utterly predictable. Remove a relatively secular tyranny in a devoutly Muslim country, and Islamaniacs are sure to fill the gap. Politics, like nature, abhors a vacuum.

I live in a country where men are discounted so many percentage points because of their appendage; who do you think they fight for? I have sons.

First I hav e seen anything about this. Guess I’ve been following Santorum and Gingrich too closely.

If anything happens here — it would switch votes to Gingrich immediately. He is the only one who is lion-hearted enough to be a Winston Churchill.

Diplomacy as it is currently practiced against my country, is war by other means. England, France, the United States, the EU, UN, etc., want us to make sweeping territorial concessions in exchange for diplomatic relations with a country we are supposed to help create, one which would probably cause our demise. Normally, the way to do that is by waging war against us. But instead, we are told (not asked) to yield to diplomatic pressure, the consensus of the international community, and go gentle into that good night. I stand by my signature line.

Stand as you will but your signature line is false even for Israel. It may surprise you to know that the decision as to whether a state of war exists is not yours to make. You can call anything you don’t like a “war” but that does not make it so.

Quite right. A state of war exists when someone makes war on you. Diplomacy is merely a weapon in the war actually being waged. Taking it at face value as a ‘peace effort’ will not make it so. 18 years is enough time to verify my sig-line.
