Todd Palin, husband of Sarah Palin, has endorsed Newt Gingrich for president, he told ABC News Monday, prompting some political watchers to, well, snicker. Business Insider's Joe Weisenthal wisely tweets, "Who is Todd Palin's constituency?"

Smart-ass article from some smart-ass leftist named Eric Randall at The Atlantic. Don't comment on the webpage as they insist on gaining access to your address book if you sign-on through Yahoo! or Google. Instead, I sent this shithead a direct email:
"Were I running for president, I would be thrilled to have Todd Palin's endorsement. Mr. Palin is an actual man, not a metrosexual toy poodle like you, Erica. This is a tough world and I'd rather put my trust in a hard working, blue collar guy like Todd Palin than in a thousand web-based opinion-whores who wouldn't know a shotgun from a hot glue gun."
BTW, I've been saying that The Business Insider is a Left-wing website for some time, but some of the Soros paid disruptors on FR keep posting their manure here. Why does anyone here care what uber-leftist Joe Weisenthal has to say? Which faux FReepers are trying to drive web traffic to the TBI site?

Todd is a real American and a real man and could whip the ass of any political or media castroti. While I am no newt supporter... Todd is free to endorse whomever he wishes to and no one outside of his family has any right to say anything to him about it.

That? Is a thing of beauty! I loved every word of it, but really got a giggle out of changing Eric's name to Erica. Perfect.

Actually, self-appointed rule enforcer, there have been three - each from a different news source by different writers with differing quotes and points-of-view. Get a better hobby.

Wisely tweets who is Todd Palin’s constituency.

If its not important news, why are these metrosexuals talking about it? Exactly. Reminds me of when Barney Frank came out and said the Democrats would be ecstatic if Gingrich won the nomination, that he would be the easiest Republican to beat. If so, then why mention it? Why tell the other side that they are making a mistake? The answer of course is you don't. That is, not if you really believe what you are saying. And they don't.

This is fine, but I’d like to see a conservative media heavy weight like Rush endorse a candidate and open a frank discussion amongst conservatives that will lead to cohesion to one candidate before this is too late. If Rush were to endorse and make a case for a candidate, even if only in print, I think it would give lots of folks a jumping off point. Right now the conservative base is divided between three candidates- political suicide.

Really? Did Todd actually say he endorsed Newt? Or did he just say nice stuff about Newt, just like Sarah has said nice stuff about just about everybody in the 2012 field (but never yet actually said anything like “I’m endorsing X”)? Because I read the ABC article and it sounds more like the latter.
