The employer does not have to pay for this, but the insurance company has to provide it free of charge? Seems like the same thing to me!

If the Catholic college provides health insurance to its employees, won't the required contraceptive coverage be included in the insurance? Yes, according to obamma, it is required. Exactly the same thing, exactly.

Hopefully this will informed the Supreme Court justices showing to them how far reaching this fiasco healthcare bill really is, and they will strike it down!

I is the same thing. Obama, the economic moron, understand the concept of costs being passed on. Several times in his little speech he used the term “free” to refer to contraceptives and other services. Nothing is free, Bambi.

Well I listened to Obama speak and frankly he's once again lying in that woman have “free” contraceptives etc. already at many clinics which offer them....so that statement was a lie.

Bottom line is we still will be paying for contraceptives etc.

It's disgusting to hear obama say woman shouldn't have to give up food or groceries to buy contraceptives....that's just more lies.....as said any woman can go to clinics for contraceptives. So he's still dictating to Insurance companies what they have to provide “freee-eee” for “preventive services”. No way will it be free, all Premiums will go up beyond what most can afford...It's still a redistribution of dollars out of those who pay premiums so those without have “free” care costs.

What he is saying since the church isn't DIRECTLY paying for this the church is off the hook, even though the church is FORCED BY MANDATE to purchase insurance which gives this away (by raising premiums on the church - thereby INDIRECTLY paying for it)!

If you stand idly by while someone is being killed when you had the means and the ability to stop or curtail the slaughter, then you are not MORALLY absolved of the deed! Does this idiot think WE are this stupid?

What about cases where a company - or catholic org uses self insurance? Self insurance is a viable way that companies insure their employees.
