Exactly, and now Obama has sent Kathleen the Health Czar to be on Fox News and defend this fake accomodation.

Whatever happened to “if you like your plan you can keep it”?

Valeria Jarrett runs the White House

And I believe it too. And if you listen to the news reports regarding all this contraception issue, you'll hear them mention the women in the WH are the ones pushing the agenda....it's all coming from Jarrett, that evil beeyotch.

“Standing by to see what kind of return volley they come up with. Anything less than “Nuts” is a Catholic cave-in.”

My money is on the cave-in.

In the WRAL coverage at Obama revamps birth control policy is the statement

And officials said Obama has the legal authority to order insurance companies to provide free contraception coverage directly to workers. He will demand it in a new rule.

The emperor has spoken.

The bottom line is that the Catholic Hospital’s coverage still includes contraception, and it appears that they are simply hiding the costs.

They are playing with words.

They have given the Catholic Church a “semantic” way out and not an actual end of the violation of the first amendment.

"understand the concept of costs being passed on"

I think their argument is that it will be cheaper for the insurance company to provide the contraception vs. birth and complication costs. (not MY argument)

WOW, can anything be crazier than a governmenmt that just orders private industry to give out something free, to a select group, to accomodate the president politically?

The WHOLE problem with this is the government telling everyone what must be in their policies. I would love a policy in which I can pass on all kinds of stuff to get a lower premium.

Health insurance was meant for cancer, heart attacks, etc. Oy.

Time to get Mittens’ opinion on this. He must speak out about it. The electorate wants to know. How does Romneycare deal with this?

the attack on values the directly conflict with the democrat party is not new. They see organizations like churches as a direct threat to their authority on all things, from your body to your spirit. The Holy Catholic Church is just the first salvo. There will be more of this to look forward to if we decide that “Santorum is too inexperienced”, “Newt is too flawed” and “Mitt is too liberal” to go out and vote in November.

The price of sitting this one out is too high.

The most evil argument of the libs is that female contraception protects female “health”.

When in fact unprotected female sex (no male condom) is a huge STD risk, STD’s are related to cancers, etc. AND the pill is known to endanger women with cancer, strokes, etc.

They care nothing for womens’ health. It’s just part of their “vision” that every woman be free to screw like a slut without family so as to destroy society.

Meanwhile, any action to prevent women from piling up government benefits by deliberately having multiple unwed pregnancies?

The liberals are very very sick people.

Accommodation?

Try edict.

Wonder if anyone in the White Hut happened to contemplate 1) self-insured groups or 2) fees paid by religious institutions to insurance companies will now pay for the extra work the insurance companies must do w/ respect to abortions and birth control.

Surely they have the spin ready for these objections, too.

I would have expected the bamster to have walked this all the way back, only to restore it late in the afternoon of 21st of Jan 2013. You know, right after they drag their hung-over a$$es out of bed from the all night re-immaculation parties.

They need to get the “social justice” loving priests and bishops back on their side. If this does it then we know that this whole kerfluffle was only a show, and not based on any true religious beliefs or standards.

The employer does not have to pay for this, but the insurance company has to provide it free of charge? Seems like the same thing to me!

What about cases where a company - or catholic org uses self insurance? Self insurance is a viable way that companies insure their employees.

If you stand idly by while someone is being killed when you had the means and the ability to stop or curtail the slaughter,...

A better analogy is "If you hire a hitman to kill someone, are you absolved of the murder?".

Once again the whole problem is Barack Obama or his liberal clones, deciding what every policy in America must have and what everyone must buy.

Zero competition. Zero common sense. And mark my words when they decide birth control wrappers harm the environment or whatever the heck is next, they will ban coverage for this,

Or more likely they will ban the “too expensive” life saving procedures that are “denying poor women contraceptives”.

It implies that the Catholic objection is about money and that Catholics can be bought off.

It’s like that old joke that ends, “We’ve established what you are, we’re just talking price now.”

——Sounds like a lob back into the Bishops’ court.
Standing by to see what kind of return volley they come up with. Anything less than “Nuts” is a Catholic cave-in.-—

Yes. I’m very nervous.

With each volley, bishops will peel off, until some half-way measure is left. And the dialectical synthesis moves forward.

God help us!
