Due to a paperwork oversight by the original owner and failure of the city to check microchip contact info, a 7-yr old runaway golden Lab in ABQ was adopted out to a new owner who now will not return her to the original owner who had her since she was a puppy. The new owner says “no way in hell” will she return the dog.

I know it’s a petty point but there are yellow labs and golden retrievers (unless it’s a mix of the two). Sorry. This one is a yellow lab. My goldens insist I correct this whenever I see it. ;)
