One of the disturbing revelations about the evolving Nadia Lockyer case involve the timing and circumstance of her introduction to a man accused of assaulting her.
Matier & Ross have quoted sources as saying that Lockyer met the man, who has a long history of methamphetamine arrests, at a drug rehabilitation program in 2010 - the same year she was elected to the Alameda County Board of Supervisors.
The possibility that Lockyer had a serious enough substance-abuse problem to merit treatment raises unsettling questions for the benefactor whose connections and contributions made her election possible: state Treasurer Bill Lockyer.
Namely: What did Bill Lockyer know and when did he know it?

Nadia the nympho slash speed freak. Typical democrap
For reasons I cannot disclose, I am a big Bill Lockyer supporter.
This reminds me of the case of the democRAT assemblywoman from the same area. She was married to a democRAT judge and the case happened last year. Apparently she was shoplifting big time from expensive department stores. Besides the specific time she was caught with layers and layers of stuff under her clothes, store clerks had suspected her of doing the same on many occasions. The case went legal and the finding was that there was something off with her brain which made her not able to differentiate between right and wrong. She got off and still represents her district in the assembly. Did I mention that she is democRAT just like Mrs. Lockyer?
One of Lockyer's donors weighs in.
"Duh---that's what most married woman dood after an argument."

Somebody oughta check this out.
Dollars to donuts the sex-starved Lockyer (married to an old guy who apparently couldnt cut the mustard) put the drug-addled boyfriend on the county payroll in a no-show job.
Probably getting paid for his "sexual services" w/
<><> a six-figure county paycheck,
<><>credit card, expense account,
<><> free travel to "counrty conferences in motels",
<><> free car, bonuses, benefits and other tax-paid subsidies.
Too bad. I’d sure be interested in knowing why.
No notation of political party in the SF Chron, therefore they must be Democraps.........????
