NASHVILLE — Gov. Bill Haslam has declined to sign a resolution that denounces "the destructive and insidious nature of United Nations Agenda 21," passed by Republican legislators over Democratic complaints that it buys into a bogus conspiracy theory.
The resolution, HJR587, was approved 72-23 in the House and by a 19-11 vote in the Senate.
"Resolutions are position statements by the General Assembly, not a law to be implemented," said Haslam spokesman David Smith in an emailed response to a question. "The governor doesn't support Agenda 21, but he didn't feel compelled to and isn't required to take any action on the resolution."

I don’t know what it is, but “Agenda 21” sounds like something out a 60’s avant-garde series, like The Avengers or The Prisoner.
...or out of an old Woody Allen movie like “Sleeper.”
Agenda 21 is a UN creation.
You need to know what it is. It is starting now and growing. It will greatly impact future generations.
I was right. It is something right out of Sleeper, like a big chicken that will peck you to death or some futuristic creature with the body of a crab and the head of a social worker.

UN Agenda 21 is a plan for a global government controlling the human race in the name of “sustainibility.” It is real, it was signed on to in Brazil by President George H.W. Bush. It is being implemented from the bottom up in your neighborhood by ICLEI (local governments for sustainiblity)

OK, but seriously (but not too seriously), this, among MANY other things, is more evidence that the world is entering into preparation for the "day of vengeance of our God," Isaiah 61:2, which itself is preparation for Jesus return as King of the earth. (To put this into into perspective, since Jesus' first coming, we have been living in the age of "the acceptable day of the Lord," (when the gospel of grace, healing, deliverance, recovery, and liberty is preached), Luke 4:18-19.) So we continue to live in the age when, "whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved," and it is definitely time to be saved.
If you don’t know what Agenda 21 is start paying attention.
Although I was not aware of this particular element of the end times, it doesn’t take me by surprise in the slightest. This is only a preview of coming attractions. What’s coming is a lot worse than U.N.’s “Agenda 21.”
