It really is crazy. There is so much unneeded spending here, and the tax base is so large, that the taxes need to pay for just the necessary stuff would make us the lowest tax rate state in the union. In Art Laffers new book there are apparently hundreds of CA agencies, offices, and departments that shouldn’t even exist. Cavuto read off a dozen the other day and I thought he must be joking they were so absurd.
