Agree!!!!!!

Sounds like self-defense as he was protecting/defending his daughter who was being attacked by a pedophile pervert. Obviously she was unable to defend herself and her father stepped in and did what was right in defending her.

He’s charged with homicide. The grand jury will not indict him. So, I suppose it would become justifiable homicide?

This dad will be his daughter’s hero for the rest of his life. There’s nothing any child wants more than to feel protected by his or her parents.
