Mexico border fence with Guatemala

There was considerable mention of a border fence between Mexico and Guatemala a few years back. Did Mexico make good on their stance and build that wall on their southern border?

I did an internet search but was unable to find out if the Mexican government did build that fence. Anyone know if they did or if it was just talk? If they did anyone have any pictures of it?

That was two years ago. It seems that the press is deliberately evading the subject since then. I can only presume that they have not abated.

Considering how many illegals in America are from south of Mexico, I would say no fence is in place.
