Obama trailing fundraising by $35 million probably means it's twice as much, and that the spigot is drying up. The only groups that still solidly back B. Hussein are black women (try getting a dollar from them!) and homosexuals (a reliable funding source, but with them being only 0.3% of the U.S. population, not very many of them).
I agree with Dr. Limbaugh about the direction of the Romney campaign- he needs to make this election about Obama, using the three legged stool- less government, strong defense, and pro-family social policies. That said, we could nominate a feces-throwing howler monkey for President and he could beat Obama this term. However, if Romney becomes aggressive in his campaigning, he could turn the comfortable victory into a bloodbath for the Democrats, changing the political landscape the same way Roosevelt's 1932 election changed the landscape for the Democrats.
Romney's not my first choice, nor even my second nor third. However, he's the only candidate that can defeat Obama. Choosing Romney over Obama is like choosing a slow-acting flesh-eating bacteria over the Bubonic Plague. You can always deal with the bacteria later, but before you do that you have to get rid of the Black Death. By getting Tea Party Conservatives elected in massive numbers, that'll ensure Romney gets pulled right once he's elected President.
Obama still has nore money on hand than Romney.
No mention of the economy eh?
I heard a little of Rush's "don't bother with the economy--nobody cares" proposal.
Huh? If true that nobody cares, or that a majority of people are happy with this neo-depression, then the election is moot anyhow.
But if not (and the polls clearly show the Economy @ #1 concern) then ceding the Economy to Obama will let them turn it into a positive. If Romney doesn't cast the economy as bad, Obama will cast it as fantastic....and he's got the magic numbers mill to back up his folly.
It is still about the ECONOMY, one way or another.
There's no chance in hell the Republican side will outspend the Democrats' interests in November.
Plus also Obama has lost just about everyone who would support him. He is NOW TOAST.

I agree with 98% of your posted comment. But, with regard to the above statement: I respect Democrat operative Pat Caddell. He is an old-style, Truman Democrat who is also a man of intelligence and integrity. And I keep hearing, in my head, what he said on Hannity a week or so ago. He said: “Republicans must not get over confident; you don’t know what you’re dealing with here.” (Referring to the Obama Thug-brigade.) And, he is right. The Dems will not go down easily.
There may be something to that, especially with the fact the Obama campaign is paying huge amount$ for staff, etc. They're burning money like there's no tomorrow.
We may be seeing a "rope-a-dope" strategy unfolding here, because on balance, Romney hasn't been badly damaged by the onslaught by the Obama campaign. While Romney closes the gap in the cash-on-hand department (if he hasn't already drawn even), it appears he's marshalling resources until after the convention, at which point he'll bombard the airwaves when voters begin more intensely focusing on the election. It'll be a reverse of what Obama did to a resource-poor McCain in the waning weeks in '08.
How much does all the free MSM kneepadding of Obama amount to?
Obama does not even need close to the amount mittens needs since the entire MSM is a24/7 barackathon.
we need to uses our “527’s” to attack obama relentlessly.
This explains why Hussien went to France last week to fund raise. That tells me the spigot is drying up for the dems and Hussien.
My prediction is that Romney will out raise Hussien from here on out.
