On the news they are reporting him as a sole gunman, white male. 24 years old. In custody. This is quite at odds with the article you linked.

Local media report that two gunmen went on the rampage, both wearing gas masks. One of the gunmen is now in custody, and police are searching for the other. Just logged on and learned of this. That link talks of two gunmen.
