So there will be no doubt.

Holder has already ruled this out as not a hate crime.

Now what family-related policy would that be, that caused a gunman to shoot a token representative of the Family Research Council? Could it have been hard data about children needing both a mother and a father that result in FRC's support for traditional marriage?
No! Really? Those nice gay folks would never stoop to shooting someone, would they?

Hatred from the left manifesting itself in physical actions. The Left (and media) accused the Right of "inciting" the Gifford's shooting, it is now the Left (and a complicit media) inciting their own to violent action against the Right.
But.... the "news" media will claim the Right is inciting people to act out against it. We need to fight this as much as possible.

So will DHS add gays who hate their life to the list of likely domestic terrorists. Don’t count on it. DHS is more likely to add the security guard.

The Human Rights Campaign apparently thinks the Family Research Council is a "hate group", as labeled by the Southern Poverty Law Center. I get the FRC newsletter by email and this characterization from the HRC web site appears to be a bogus smear campaign.

"Paul Ryan Speaking at Hate Groups Annual Conference"
"...GOP presumptive VP nominee Paul Ryan will speak at the Family Research Councils Values Voter Summit next month. The gathering is taking place in Washington, D.C. and is drawing other anti-LGBT names including Michele Bachmann and Rick Santorum. Liberty University and the American Family Association are among the other groups sponsoring the event....The FRC has been labeled a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center. Its a group that has advocated for the criminalization of homosexuality, called for LGBT people to be exported from the U.S., and has pushed dangerous lies trying to link being gay to pedophilia."
