Republican Heather Wilson, a candidate for U.S. Senate in New Mexico, has a new ad criticizing her opponent, Democratic congressman Martin Heinrich, for voting twice for a medical device tax that Heinrich had noted himself would be bad for job creation.

Wilson, a former member of the House, is running to replace retiring Democrat Jeff Bingaman in the Senate.

Foreman and several friends formed Earth First! in 1979... they eventually grew to condone and conduct actions such as spiking trees and sabotaging heavy equipment to discourage logging.
By the late 1980s, members of the group had cut down or sabotaged power line towers and a ski lift near Flagstaff in what the FBI would later call preparation for attacks on nuclear power plants and the Rocky Flats weapons factory. The FBI infiltrated the group and in 1990 brought charges against Foreman and four others. The others pleaded guilty to various acts of sabotage and conspiracy. Foreman pleaded guilty to a felony count of conspiracy — he had given an FBI agent $100 and a manual on how to perform “monkeywrenching.”

The Democrats this cycle seem to be for only three things: Killing babies, sanctifying sodomy, and removing mankind from Nature.
Just amazing what the Democratic Party has become.
In Foreman’s book Eco-Defense: A Field Guide to Monkeywrenching he provides a step-by-step guide to committing property crimes, including the damaging of ranches and the disabling airplanes (Al Gore’s jet is apparently off limits). Forman also offered some suggestions on how to use arson to harm political enemies.
In Forman’s world: 1) human lives deserve no greater consideration than animal life, 2) AIDS is trumpeted as the means for “returning sanity to human population,” 3) Opposition to famine relief so that “nature could run its course.”

Looks like Heinrich has tried to disassociate himself from Foreman but he definitely was associating with him and Foreman was and possibly still is a scum ecoterrorist. Heinrich has no business sitting in the US Senate.
I hope that some PAC will take this info and run it; as you said most local TV stations won't touch it. KRQE might be the exception as they were always a fly on Richardson's head with their stories of graft and corruption. (Governor’s ‘gifts’ under scrutiny (Santa Fe New Mexican) ).

I have been looking for this kind of ad to be run for awhile - separate out the individual outrages of Obamacare so you don’t make “voted for Obamacare” a stale montra. The medical device tax is one of many outrageous things that can be highlighted - this can be expanded upon in future ads because it not only kills jobs, it makes there been less equipment available to treat the sick and injured and also raises the prices of the same - both from the tax itself and the scarcity it will cause - hitting the “poor and middle class” the hardest.
