Because he speaks only in strings of very forgettable liberal platitudes. Oh, he does bring up the flood of drugs plaguing New Mexico but among the entire string of worn liberal buzz words spun by Senator Pablum and his equally useless pal, the attorney general of his state, NOT ONE MENTION of the open border over which those drugs flow.
