Title was altered for space reasons.

I have seen a surge of patients in my practice being approved for Social Security Disability. No doubt that 0bama has put the word out to the bureaucrats to approve as many applicants as possible in order to keep people off the workforce stats.

Yup, a part-time employment “recovery.”

And since July 2010, more people have gone on disability than have dropped off of unemployment.

Charts here:

Yeah...they took all that coerced semi-testimony from Walmart, Kohls, Macy’s et al about Christmas part-time hiring plans and extrapolated that to good paying full-time statistics to use before the election....

If this O’bastard is reelected, we won’t hear any more about his troublesome ‘unemployment’ mess any more.

My daughter’s boyfriend was looking for a job and just got a part-time seasonal job. Guess he helped Obama’s numbers.

I can’t disagree. Every burger joint and grocery store within eyeshot has the shingle out for part-time help. Likely can’t get minimum wage people now that Barry has waived the work requirement for welfare.

LOL! And I'm sure they'll lower it again to 6.3% due to the rise in coal stock prices, or for some other bogus reason, come the 2nd presidential debate.

I used to use government statistics regularly in my consulting practice. Now I know they can no longer be trusted. If they're faking the unemployment statistics and the CPI, I have to wonder what else they're faking.

Actually, there should be less part time jobs what with summer jobs being phased out.

Perhaps they are all jobs with the campaigns?

Just kidding.

Kind of.

582,000? Try 953,000

Part time for economic reasons +582
Slack work or business conditions +306
Could only find part-time work +65
Part time for noneconomic reasons -260

I was working part-time at a library. My library director asked if I was a “part time person”. I answered, “No, I’m a person all the time. But I work here part time.”

Yes, I did keep my job.

Doesn’t matter. All the networks are reporting as if Obama surrogates.

Even the news readers between Rush Limbaugh breaks are pure propaganda.

We will be putting up with this for the next 4 weeks. Any time Romney has a good day, the media and the Obama regime will make sure something happens to change narrative.

The unemployment rate announced today is supposedly based on phone calls to households, some 60,000 to be exact. That, and that alone, is what accounted for the so-called uptick in part-time jobs.

Yet, the business survey of 140,000 businesses conducted during the same period resulted in numbers being unchanged from the previous survey.

What’s more, the number of new jobs remained unchanged at 114,000 - same as last month.

Bottom-line, the BLS got the living L kicked out of it to come up with the bogus 7.8% in a desperate attempt to prop up chairboy.

This is criminal fraud , an October surprise and the media keeps reporting it as truth. This is lies from Obama ‘s corrupt government. Obama’s government agency
magically found biggest number of jobs in 29 years, almost 900,000 jobs to lower the unemployment rate by redefining what is a job or who is working:

Total employment ‘highest one-month jump in 29 years’...

http://newsbusters.org/blogs/noel-sheppard/2012/10/05/number-employed-people-rises-873000-september-highest-december-2008

BLS economists donate to Obama campaign...
