I am old enough to remember there were such institutions.

The ACLU sued in the 70’s and got them all closed. There is a perfectly good such building within 30 miles of where this mass murder occurred. Building still there....CLOSED.

Therefore—go after the ACLU and their misguided ideas.

There is a mental stability problem in the USA and the places which should be holding these crazies have been closed.

It is now virtually impossible to get proper medication & care for people with problems because only they can ask for help.
