My wife and I sat down and watched "V" last night, the film with Hugo Weaving and Natalie Portman. In it you see the government completely managing the news through state-run media. They change stories, cover up stories, plant evidence, falsely interpret footage... the striking thing to me is that, in the film, all this behavior is attributed to a right-wing nationalist regime. Yet in real life we see this same behavior coming, not from state-run media but from politically-allied media, and from a leftist government.

So the filmmakers got it right, except they attributed the evil to the wrong side. I suppose it had to be that way to get the film made in H-wood.

I watched V for Vendetta and took away the same impression.

V is us. Les Miserables is us. Never forget redemption and grace! And justice with mercy.

I am sorry for the victims in this tragedy.

Aurora needs a spiritual miracle to be purged of these tragedies.

Our nation needs a spiritual miracle to be purged of the communists and national socialist totalitarian stage managers.

“They change stories, cover up stories, plant evidence, falsely interpret footage...”

Sounds like the lousy, confusing and irresponsible reporting job done at the Sandy Hook (CT) School.
