Been saying this all along - any “comprehensive” bill is a scam - no matter what they put in it, the administration will only enforce the parts they like.
This needs to be one step at time. First step - secure the borders.
Congress needs to pass a law declaring that all laws need to be enforced or the dept head will be declared an enemy combatant and shipped off to Gitmo.
