Remember that Fort Hood murdering psychopath Major Nidal Hasan who killed 13 people and left 32 injured back in November 2009?Since that day, Terrorist McWackjob has received more than $278,000. Yep. WHILE IN PRISON, no less. Because our government has deemed his rampage combat-related rather than what it really was a freaking terrorist attack. Calling it a terrorist attack would be mean and raaaaaaaaaaaaaacist and all. You know...
The Army said under Military Code of Justice, Hasans salary cannot be suspended unless he is proven guilty.
Keep in mind that if Hasan had been a civilian defense department employee, the Army could have suspended his pay after just seven days. And with that whole combat-related status still attached to him, he gets to enjoy combat-related pay, is eligible for Purple Heart retirement, medical benefits, and all sorts of things that he wouldnt get if only our President had the cajones to call him what he is a worthless, waste-of-oxygen terrorist.
Oopsie did I say that out loud?
But naaaah. Hes still receiving a fat paycheck. On our dime! Yay us!
Meanwhile, after three plus years since his terrorist-murdering rampage, those wounded in said rampage are still fighting to receive the same pay and medical benefits given to those wounded in combat. Its not been so easy for them, you see.
Why no. Im not kidding.
And THAT, my friends, must be what liberals refer to when they talk about that thing called fairness. You know, since their entire political philosophy is based on it and whatnot.
Neato, isn't it?

Bwahahahahahah!!!!
Weren’t the Tsarnaev’s getting welfare and food stamp benefits, too? Did Deval Patrick ever release that DAMNING information?
I don’t think the author understands the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) at all. PFC Bradley Manning of Wikileaks “fame” is also receiving his pay until he is convicted, too. That’s how it works.
all expenses for his trial, incarceration, lawyers, etc. should be deducted.
Also, burial and medical expenses of the victims need to be deducted.
that should not be too hard to arrange. I recall after WWII, some colonel had to pay for a Sherman tank for which he was responsible because an inventory showed it was missing somewhere in Europe - never found.
Yup. Also, the author keeps saying that Hasan is eligibile for pay and other benefits because the attack was classified as "combat-related" - not only is that an incorrect statement of military law under hte UCMJ, but it's factually incorrect. The attack has NOT been classified as "combat-related," which is why the victims of the attack are NOT eligibile for certain benefits.
Another Jihadist murderer protected by his Dear Leader Obamuslim POS.
“...receiving his pay until he is convicted,...thats how it works.”
We don’t have to like it. And anyway, Hasan will never be tried.
He will never be tried. Prove me wrong.
How could I prove you wrong? Am I Nostradamus?
Are they ever going to get around to trying this murdering Muslim POS?
He will never be tried. Prove me wrong.
<><><><><
I already have. Prove me wrong.
“How could I prove you wrong? Am I Nostradamus?”
I’m convinced that justice for Hasan’s victims will be denied, but since you mention Nostradamus, here goes:
“The Mohammedan spawn of murderers numberless wreaks havoc,
“Raining death upon the innocents of the hooded fort.
“Though legless he nonethless soars a bearded vulture,
“His evil desire weighed in gold of the hated realm.”
Heh, heh!
