A Washington IRS attorney named Carter Hull closely oversaw the targeting of conservative nonprofit groups and suggested questions that IRS employees could ask of conservative and Tea Party groups applying for tax-exempt nonprofit status, according to interviews that two IRS employees gave with congressional investigators.
I was essentially a front person, because I had no autonomy or no authority to act on [applications] without Carter Hulls influence or input, said Elizabeth Hofacre, an employee of the Cincinnati IRS office, according to a new report in the Wall Street Journal.
Hofacres office, which oversaw tax-exempt applications, reportedly requested help from the agencys Exempt Organizations Technical unit in Washington, D.C. in 2010 to deal with an influx of new applications from Tea Party groups.

Br'r Hull will be ratting out the bosses between himself and the criminal class!
Politics is war and the dems are playing for keeps—means (even criminal) justified by ends. Nothing wrong calling crime a crime. The facts are there obviously. In fact, the dots are linked—OSHA, IRS, ATB, EPA. Obama and his handlers are criminal. Bever mention McCarthy again, left.
“However, that couldnt happen, simply because Carter Hull could not get confirmed by the Senate (takes 60 votes) if Obama were to act that stupidly”
Even after Reid changes the rules?
KUDOS TO YOU ELIJAH!!

I would say quite a few laws were broken in this taxpayer bill of rights.
But did you hear him later say just because of a few bad apples, we don’t need to get rid of the whole bunch. And he is APPALLED that there are members of Congress that think the IRS is unable to implement and manage Obamacare?
I think the previous comments were just a set up for this.

We can probably break off a good 25% of the black vote with this particular scandal.
From a different thread - I’ll come back with the link...

Binney one of the best mathematicians and code breakers in NSA history worked for the Defense Department’s foreign signals intelligence agency for 32 years before resigning in late 2001 because he “could not stay after the NSA began purposefully violating the Constitution.”
He’s detailed how, ever since 9/11, the NSA has run a top-secret surveillance program that amasses electronic data phone calls, GPS information, emails, social media, banking and travel records, entire government databases and analyzes the information “to be able to monitor what people are doing” and who they are doing it with.
OMG!
Looks like the Obama Administration has a lot of “GOOD GERMANS” in it.
Ah, seems like the old days, eh Mein Furher?
I’m sure there’s more..
The Wheels on the Bus go round and {bump} {bump} round.
Round and {bump}round.
Round and {bump} round. {bump}

Heh. Must feel like driving a live axle down a Death Valley washboard riding in that thing.
The truth is, freeangel, if Reid changed the rules, the House under even weak Republicans will refuse to consider anything the Senate passes under Reid’s rule, if it ever happens. Now in the confirmation case, it wouldn’t go to the House, only the Senate confirms nominees, but let me say this. There is no way even Senate Democrats would confirm CARTER HULL for ATTORNEY GENERAL if Holder resigned. Now they would confirm somebody else that we wouldn’t like, but they would not confirm someone who has just been fingered by a lower level employee in the IRS scandal. So right now I’ll limit my assurances to that one comment you made suggesting he could be moved up to Attorney General from being a DC lawyer with the IRS.
