Gosh, parse out the thinking behind that statement. They passed this law but the speaker is appalled that “it’s not fair” it will negatively impact “federal employees.” What category does that put everyone else in who are not the protected class of “federal employees.”

Let not your heart be troubled for our wonderful congress members and their so valuable employees. I have complete confidence in their ability to figure out a way to exempt themselves from ObamaCare and screw us (btw, unions exempted too). No worries in that regard / sarc.
