I used to work with a young Jewsh guy that was a punk rocker. He was a solid lib and full of the punk ethos. But he was very smart. He just never was around another viewpoint.
Over the months we talked a lot of politics and I put to him the core tenets of conservatism and had him compare them point by point to the REALITY of what liberalism has done. I asked him which was truly ‘establishment’.
I did not fully convert him, but he most often agreed with many conservative values more than he did lib henceforth. It made a difference.
Most hip-hop rappers are too stupid to be idiots. They thought Obama was ‘’down’’ with them and had no clue to what he really is. Honestly, most of these ‘’artists’’haven’t got the brains of a dog.
