Really? I think most people thought the prosecution had a strong case during the OJ trial, not the defense.
:shrugs:

However, I guess your point is a jury will do what it wants regardless of a poll.
I have a sinking feeling these women will convict Zimmerman no matter what to avoid offending black people and causing a possible riot.

You are correct. I guess I was referring to the consensus as to the certainty of the outcome of the trial.

Within your view, there is an underlying assumption that crime is not epidemic where they live and they thus won’t feel fearful that predators there will not become even more bold if they can no longer be confronted.

I do not believe that assumption (which is a necessary one for your assertion to have merit) fits in well with Florida as it stands today.

Two of the jurors are new to the area. The other four have been there a while.
