WASHINGTON (AP) — Climate change and extreme weather already are causing disruptions in the U.S. energy supply that are likely to worsen as more intense storms, higher temperatures and more frequent droughts occur, the government says in a new report.
The report, released Thursday by the Energy Department, says blackouts and other problems caused by Superstorm Sandy and other extreme weather events are likely to be repeated across the country as an aging energy infrastructure struggles to adapt to rising seas, higher storm surges and increased flooding. A range of energy sources are at risk, from coal-fired power plants to oil wells, hydroelectric dams and nuclear power plants.

I can think of a hundred groups, all well-intentioned environutcases, of course.. Haaa.. that have done far more damage than ol’ Ma Earth and her rumblings and flatulence.

The risk stems from the policies of Obama and his ilk, not from the weather.
It seems that those promoting Global Warming/ClimateChange had parents that never told them that lying is bad.
Or , they were rebellious little bastages who never listened to their parents , or never learned better !
or whose agenda preceeded logic and learning !
These people are like zombies. They never admit they are wrong. Always leaning forward and never looking back.
This report is being put out so the administration can point to it when we start to have brown outs and black outs due to the EPA shutting down coal fired power plants.
Can’t we sue the ED and force them to prove their contentions using Scientific method (which they can’t)?

They are not giving up,....no matter how ridiculous they7 appear.
Welllllll........................YES! In the form of “Climate Change” activists and hysteria, and government actions, to promote an entirely unrelated agenda.
“Climate Change” is behind many of the EPA’s newer regulations, which have caused the closing of coal mines and power plants; and screwed the refining industry as well.
That results in less available energy, which results in fuel shortages and brown/blackouts: energy disruptions.
...and this has NOTHING to do with any “energy disruptions:
33 gigawatts going offline, without adequate replacement. And this didn’t include San Onofre.
