AZ Gov Jan Obrewer jammed through this unfunded expansion of Medicaid by a parliamentary trick with the help of the Rats and some turncoat Republicans. This is an important issue that will cost the taxpayers $billions. Arizona state law allows citizens to petition to put a law on the ballot for an up or down vote.
