How is it that rich white people are the cause of problems of Chicago schools?

Are rich white people who don’t live in Chicago supposed to give more money? What does she want to see happen?

Actually, they have come up with a plan to tax people in the suburbs to pay for inner city schools. I haven’t seen it implemented anywhere yet, but it involves special redrawn districts that include areas where people are better off and purchasing their homes.

They don’t miss a trick...

White people who live far from Chicago cause problems for that city's schools by being born to special racial privilege, of course. Everybody knows that. Every time a white kid attends a halfway decent school, some poor, deserving, pitiful, helpless black kid is deprived of an education. The only "socially just" solution is to loot the national treasury and hand all the money to self-appointed "community organizers" and "union leaders" in inner cities. They'll see it's properly invested in the future.

How can people believe such patently stupid stuff? Once upon a time, Jim Crow had its proponents, too.
