A Texas widow wants Jesse Ventura's defamation and libel case involving her late husband moved from Minnesota to the Lone Star State.
Attorneys for Taya Kyle -- whose husband, Navy SEAL sniper Chris Kyle, was shot and killed in February -- argue in a motion filed Monday that forcing the widowed mother of two to spend weeks in Minnesota to defend her husband's veracity in court is too much of a burden.
"Bringing my children with me to Minnesota for trial isn't a good option," Taya Kyle wrote in a declaration accompanying her request. "I don't know who would take care of them. I don't have a nanny. I don't have any friends or family in Minnesota.
"Even if I could find a babysitter, it would be hard on my kids to be cooped up in a hotel room with a strange person in a strange city for that length of time," she wrote.

Let’s just say Jesse the Pussy Ventura was lied about. Let’s just say. Wanna know what isn’t a lie and is a million times worse? Jesse the Pussy Ventura is suing a dead teammates widow about that lie instead of sucking it up and letting it go and taking one for the team.
Jess is suing the estate. He isn’t suing her, per se, but the estate. It has money and he wants it.

This suit isn't designed to send the widow into bankruptsy but rather to clear his name. I doubt she will ever loose a dollar out of her pocket when the suit is finally settled in Ventura's favor...........

Kyle or Jesse, I know who I believe.
His reputation is defamed by his own actions. Such as lying about being a seal.
Whether or not he got in a fight in some bar and got beat up by a real seal isn’t even a factor.

If so, Jesse won’t have a chance of convincing a jury. Did you see the reports of Kyle’s funeral procession? Huge.

Simple, really. It was a libelous statement made in a book authored by Chris Kyle that can't be substantiated by any witnesses.........
To put it into perspective for you, how about if I write a book detailing my experiences with FReepers on this site and say that I witnessed GeronL having sex with an underage male in a back room at a FReeper convention? No witnesses, just my word about GeronL in my book............How ya gonna react?
